This modern villa with superb views will give you a holiday to remember!

To enter the villa you can park in the garage on the ground level and take the lift (elevator) up to the living area. You step out of the lift into the spacious open planned lounge/dining area and kitchen with the breathtaking sea views stretching over the Bay of Roses to the Isle of Medes and down over the beautiful Bay of Canyelles Petites.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped making it home from home for any keen cooks.

Seating area for dining you have the choice of inside or outside (both tables seat 6) and from both you can experience the stunning views. For outside dining in comfort there is also an electric sun shade.

The lounge area has a comfy modern corner sofa, TV and DVD to watch if you can take your eyes off the views!

There is also a guest toilet on this level.

Upstairs from this level is the roof top swimming pool which is 4m x 4m and sun beds on a tiled terrace. It will certainly give your holiday photos that WOW look!

Downstairs from the living area you find a spacious hallway and the three bedrooms. The master suite is situated at the front of the villa with fantastic sea views once again from the double bed. It has an en-suite modern bathroom with bath and shower attachment, bidet and toilet. The bedroom has two fitted wardrobes.
The other bedroom to the front of the villa has twin beds where one pulls out from under the other.
At the rear is the 3rd bedroom which is another double and has some sea views to the side.
There is another family bathroom on this level with shower and toilet.

For extra comfort the villa has an air-conditioning system throughout and heating for winter months.

The beautiful beach at Canyelles Petites is only 20 minutes walk down the mountain but to walk up you need to be fit! From Easter there are 5 restaurants at Canyelles and a supermarket. There is a coastal walk which takes you to the next cove of Almadrava beach (10 minutes) or 5 minutes by car where there are some more restaurants on the beach. In the other direction you will find the town of Roses (approximately 20-30 minutes walk) 10 minutes by car where you have a choice of many bars, restaurants and shops.

There are many things to see and do around this area which is why a car is highly recommended.

There is a water park on the outskirts of Roses which is a great day out for all the family. Other local sports and activities include windsurfing, kite-surfing, boating, scuba-diving, cycling, horse-riding, sky diving, bowling, tennis etc. There is also a cinema in Roses.

For art lovers, a visit to the museum of Salvador Dali in Figueres is a must! You can also visit his previous place of residence in the quaint fishing village of Cadaques or his castle located in Púbol.

Girona is only 50 minutes by car and Barcelona 2 hours, you can visit by car, train or organised day trip from Roses.

There are too many places to list but many different beaches, towns, villages to visit and make your holiday a great experience. There is a information folder in the villa with many suggestions.
