The apartment is part of an international, senior residence in Andalusian style, situated in the residential area Cerrado de Calderon in the outskirts of Malaga.
Because of its location in the residence the apartment is very popular. It is a corner apartment at two sides bordering on the magnificent common garden.
The apartment has a living space of 144 square meters, the spacious living has several sitting areas with beautiful views of the garden and pool.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, there are two bedrooms with in total five places to sleep, a double bathroom with shower, jacuzzi, bidet and two toilets, further a spacious hall, hallway and storeroom. There is a lot of cupboard and storage space.
Air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, Canal Plus and a private wireless Internet connection are also available.
The apartment has a private terrace and garden with seats under a bougainvillea-covered pergola. These are adjacent to the beautiful garden of the complex and via a short staircase at about 20 meters from the common pool.
In the afternoon during siesta one is expected to maintain peace and quiet around the pool. Families with children should take this house rule into account.

- Washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, bed linens, towels and tea towels are present.

At the Residence:
- Restaurant where one can have lunch and a drink in the morning.
- A small shop where one can obtain necessary groceries.
- Closed free private parking.
Location of Residence:
- About one kilometer downhill the sea and promenade with its numerous restaurants and pubs where mass tourism has not yet penetrated and where the locals go and eat and enjoy themselves on the beach.
- At five minutes walking distance are shops along with a taxi rank. Taxis are not expensive in Spain.
- At the entrance of the apartment complex is a bus stop, the bus will take you in about five minutes to the center of Malaga, with several sites worth visiting.
There are numerous monuments from various cultures. Famous is the Picasso Museum.
- The apartment is close to highways, and is therefore suitable for making day trips to the charming hinterland, like the white mountain villages of Frigiliana and Mijas, and the cities of Granada with its famous Alhambra, Cordoba with the impressive mosque, Ronda the old Moorish City of smugglers, and other interesting and beautiful places in Andalusia.
