A very attractive, first floor, luxury apartment, with large roof terrace in an historic area of Vilanova i la Geltrú.

Recently renovated, the apartment is in a converted old townhouse with a traditional balcony off the lounge.

Fully-equipped modern kitchen. 1 double bedroom with modern en-suite shower room.

Lounge / dining area with flat screen satellite TV (all main UK channels), ipod docking station, DVD and music system, glass dining table and black leather chairs.

Contemporary and intimate lighting throughout.

A large, floodlit roof terrace provides a great space for entertaining and is stylishly furnished with table and chairs, sun beds, shower and gas BBQ and plants.

Full central heating for the winter months. This apartment is in a building dating back to 1800, hence the walls are very thick making it a cool place in the hot summer, but a very cosy and warm apartment in the winter.

Air conditioning is available in the bedroom. Free standing fans are an option, both in the bedroom and lounge.

Secure underground (pay) car park 30 seconds away or free public car park 5 minutes walk.

The apartment is a 2 minute stroll from the Rambla Principal, the main promenading area with cafés and shops and a 15-20 minute walk from the beach and seafront restaurants. A 10 minute walk to the rail / bus station with direct lines (every 20 minutes) to Sitges and Barcelona.

Sorry, this apartment does not have access for people with limited mobility. The apartment is equipped with a smoke alarm and extinguisher.
