This beatifull and modern house is part of the an exclusive secure development with stunning views across the valley towards the hills which give the area its exceptional climate. An end corner house with three floors, it is very private and peaceful.Ideal for a relaxing holliday.
Bottom floor: Main entrance. Open plan lounge/ dinning room with doors leading onto the terrace .It has air conditioning ( warm and cold) . Modern kitchen fully equipped.
Terrace : nice terrace with 2 palm trees wich allows " al fresco" dinners, breakfasts and meals , and that has table and chairs.
Lower floor: 1 twin bedroom ( 2 beds) and toilet.
First floor: 1 master bedroom with king sized bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning( warm and cold) , en- suite bathroom with shower , bath and bidet. 1 bedroom ( twin beds).
Top floor: 1 bedroom with king-sized bed and wardrobe. 1 shower bathroom.
Fuentes de Almuñecar is a exclusive development in a beautifull surrounding. Its 2 wonderful pools , one of them a pretty infinity pool, also with great views to he sea.
We highly recommend a car to reach the property and to get around because there are a lot of things to see around.
Almuñecar ( a typically Spanish andalusian town with his Moorish castle) where its nearests beaches and tapas bars are only 5 minutes by car. The old center of the town is inaccessible by car so best way to visit it is to wonder around and stop for a beer and a tapa!. The Cove of Tesorillo Beach is the nearest beach, delightfull and small, is only 15 min, walk but as it is downhill the walk back can a challenge on hot summer days!!!
There is an open air market in Almuñecar every Friday. And an Aquarium and a water park too , ideal for children.
The surrounding area: to the west there is The Punta de la Mona, that gives shelter to Marina del Este Port, a water sport base, where you can find a dive center Buceo La Herradura where DIVERS STAYING A THE HOUSE WILL HAVE A SPECIAL DISCOUNT ON DIVING!!
La Herradura and its lovely bay ( may be one of the prettiest along the andalusian coast) is a small village that boasts a 2 km long sand beach where you can find " chiringuitos" ( beach bars) , shops and even a windsurf school!
Nerja, the town and its famous caves are only 15 minutes drive.
Granada and the Alhambra are a must see, you can give them a full day and you wont regreat it at all! Is is only 1 hour by car. The Alpujarras is a nice visit too ( half a way to Granada) ideal for visiting small mountain pueblos and for good trekking.
Sierra Nevada Ski Resort: ( 1.30hs drive by car) is great for sunshine skiing in winter and for trekking lovers is summer.
The whole aerea is perfect for trekking , you can find greenpaths almost at steps from the house...There are 2 horse riding schools in the area too.
