Lovely south fancing villa, very bright and situated 100 mts away from the sea, from which you can see the Savinosa beach, which holds the blue flag of EC and have a restaurant. It is a nature environment with cristal clear beaches and shallow waters. It is a fantastic environment to relax and get isolated during your holidays.
The villa consists of 2 floors and a garage for two cars with a game room and a toilet. On the main floor we find a large kitchen with all amenities and sea views, on these first floor we can also find a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom, a big livingroom with sea views and a big terrace wreathed in windows which can be completely opened to have access to the garden (ideal for reading, having dinner or breakfast,etc). On the top floor, we can find the suit which includes a bath with water massage bath and a balcony with also sea views, we can also find a large hallway with lots of windows with city views, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with water massage shower). All the floor of the house is made by wood and the house forniture is modern and functional. Outside we can find a large wooden deck and a private pool, a big garden, a BBQ and a parking slot for one more car.
It is located on the Costa Dorada, 5 minutes far from Tarragona, a city famouse by its roman ruins and monuments, You can also make different activities around the city like practicing sports like paddle or tennis, which are 3 minutes far from the city, diving , golf 18 holes by 10 min far, or 45 holes by 20 min far, karting by 10 min far among other interesting activities.
You can also taste the typical catalanish sea gastronomy of the "Mariners Tarragonins" in the Serrallo seaport (15 min far), or the "Nouvelle Cuisine" in the center of Tarragona (downtown).
Other interesting activities that you can be made are, for example, a short trip to Barcelona, which is located 80 km from Tarragona. You could also visit Port Aventura, one of the greatest theme parks of Europe or Aquapolis (20 min far from Tarragona).
