Casa del Sol is a two bedroom penthouse in Mijas Golf, Costa del Sol. The apartment is situated in Puebla Aida within the Mijas Golf Valley. Fully furnished and equipped this luxury apartment accommodates up to 4 guests, and features lounge and dining area with large patio doors leading out to a spacious terrace with a view to the surrounding mountains, the village and swimming pool. The apartment also features a secluded roof terrace.
Puebla Aida was designed and built with a mix of traditional Andalucian and Moorish history in its architecture which is reflected throughout the complex. Puebla Aida is full of columned arches, ornamental fountains, stunning tropical gardens, swimming pools and sun terraces.
Mijas golf club house, local bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. There is a little supermarket within 300 meters from the apartment, only open in summer. Mijas Golf has two golf courses, both designed by Robert Trent Jones, Los Olivos and Los Largos. The courses are around 10 min walk from the apartment. A 24 hour taxi rank is located within the complex and the cost of a taxi to Fuengirola is about 10 – 12 euros.
The penthouse is build on two floors and also consists of a roof terrace. The ground floor consists of the lounge/dining area, kitchen, restroom and terrace. The first floor consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The lounge and dinning
This area has two double leather sofas and an armchair that are very comfortable and ideal for relaxing. The large patio doors lead out to the terrace which is a very nice extension of the lounge area. The dining area has a dinning table and chairs. The room has air condition. The terrace is spacious and has dining table and chairs.
Kitchen
It has been fully equipped to a high standard and benefits from an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, freezer plus the usual essentials of electric kettle, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster and a large selection of crockery etc. plus a cool box for trips to the beach and the golf course
The master bedroom
This bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe, air condition, safety box and French balcony with a view to the pool area, mountains and the village.
2nd bedroom
This bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe, air condition and sliding window with a view to the area.
Bathroom
This consists of a bathtub, toilet and sink.
Terrace
The apartment has two terraces both with dining table and chairs. The roof top terrace also has BBQ, sunbeds and awning.
