The house is brand new. Its 6 bedrooms and its modern layout will offer you a fantastic stay. It can host you and up to a maximum of 10 people. The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood only 500 meters from stunning beaches. Home to many artists and with a very welcoming Mediterranean feeling, Sant Pol is one of the best-kept jewels on the Catalan coast. Enjoy endless days in the private pool while relaxing under the Mediterranean sunshine. The house has 2 double, 2 twin and 2 single bedrooms to accommodate big parties.
Boasting nice views over the Mediterranean and the Montnegre mountain range, the villa offers a two-floor modern plan with ample spaces and 360º all-day-long sun exposure.
Swim and relax in the private pool while enjoying the views over the sea.
The house has three bathrooms and a big, fully-equiped kitchen with everything necessary to make the most of your stay: microwave, American-style fridge, dishwasher, etc.
There is a big, spacious sitting room with a big-screen TV set. The dining room boasts wonderful views donw to the blue sea. It opens out to a terrace with panoramic views.
The rooms are all furnished with quality units.
The house is fully equiped with silverware, dinnerware bed linen, bath and pool towels.
For your convenience there is a WIFI router that provides access to the internet. There are two TV sets and a DVD player.
Sant Pol de Mar is a quiet coastal town, about 40 kms north of Barcelona. Its unexploited waterfront and its narrow streets lined with white-washed houses along with its singular location at the foot of the Montnegre mountain range, which can be distinctly seen from the front of our property make of this tiny village the ideal place for a family holiday.
