Location of the property: Just 45 min from Alicante airport & 1 hr from Valencia airport, an easy drive by car exit Altea/Calpe.

The villa is located in the Urbanization of Sierra Altea,one of the most exclusive and oldest urbanizations. Past the entrance of the Don Cayo Golf Club,& less than a 10 minute drive to beautiful Costa Blanca beaches. The villa is located close to the old village of Altea La Vella, where you can find 2 supermarkets, backery , vegetable shop, drugstore, and 6 restaurants.
The charming & historical fishing town of Altea is one of the most romantic and original villages of the Valencia Region.Within a 10 minute drive you are in the centre of Altea, with plenty of shops, terraces, and a wide selcetion of restaurants. The local cuisine is fabulous,with broad variety in both menu and price.
Well equipped private hospitals, dentist, specialists and general practicioners can be found in Altea.
The Costa Blanca is known for its Sierra-like mountains, white beaches & fabulous weather dry, sunny and moderate. There is always a gentle breeze off the bright blue Mediterranean Sea to cool the hot days. Average rainfall is about 10 inches per year.
The just 7 year old villa is located in a very quiet street. The villa is spacious but cosey, on the first floor 2 bedrooms and 1 master bedroom with tv/sat, 3 bathrooms ,kitchen and nice livingroom with flatscreen tv and satellite. From the livingroom you enter the outside patio and the staircase brings you to groundfloor :the terrace with heated pool. Through a seperate entrance on the ground floor level you'll enter the groundfloor of the villa where you will find the 4th bedroom with a double and single bed, with big bathroom and tv. On the groundfloor is the scullery with the washingmachine and tumbledryer, and the billiard room with a professional pool the rooms are airconditioned and the villa has wireless high-speed Internet access throughout.
The terrace is made in three levels: higher level with a pergola and big dining table for 14 persons and stone BBQ.
slightly lower the big 400m² sunterrace with comfortable sunbeds and outside shower. A few steps lower you will find the lounge terrace with lazy beds from where you have an 180 degree views, from the sea to the mountains.
From the terrace you can lower part of the property where the tennis or sportcourt is situated. The fullsize tenniscourt is built in 2010 and perfectly situated on the plot. On the court you will find 2 football goals (size indoor) if you remove the tennisnet you have big football field. The wooden chalet or guesthouse has a view over the tenniscourt and has a seperate bathroom and is airconditioned. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful, mature & meticulously maintained garden that includes fruit trees, flowers & many exotic plants.
The panoramic views from the house terraces include the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains, and the beach is just a few minutes away.
We advice to all our guests to have a car available. it is just a 4 minute drive to the local village of Altea la Vella, or a 10 minute drive into the main town of Altea. There are also many attractions, activities and points of interest for the entire family, within 15 to 30 minutes of the villa.
