The 7 year old holiday villa has a living room with lounge area, dining area, fully equipped open kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a utility room with washing machine and American fridge. The living room opens onto the covered terrace with terrace furniture for 6 people and barbecue. This terrace is the ideal place for a breakfast in the sun or the ultimate al fresco dining against the backdrop of the spectacular views and beautiful sunsets. The holiday villa is situated in the hills between Coín Alhaurin el Grande. The 2 km road to the house is good, but tortuous with a small piece (approximate 300 meters) of sandy road. However the drive way down to the house is a little bit steep, it is really worth while because of the breathtaking views, the idyllic location and luxurious accommodation in rustic style. It offers complete serenity, privacy and breathtaking views over the valley and the mountains. A truly fantastic place to relax and get away from the crowd, surrounded by oaks olive and almond trees etc. From the house it is approximately a 10 min drive to all facilities such as shops, restaurants, bars, etc. and 20 to 30 min drive to jet set areas as Marbella and Puerto Banus, golf courses and the beach.

Inside:
Spacious living room with fireplace, lounge area, dining area and doors to the terrace. Inside available: TV, air conditioning and heating in all rooms, washing machine, iron, ironing board, children high chair and baby.

Outside:
The villa is situated on a private plot of 10,000 m2 which guarantee privacy. On the terraces around the house you will always find a place in the sun or a cool spot in the shade. Outside: Several terraces with terrace furniture, barbeque, private parking. The private pool has a sun terrace with sun beds.

Luxury open kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, water cooker, toaster and granite worktop.
