ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES
In 3 or 4 minutes walking you have at your disposal restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops to buy newspapers, magazines, and a pharmacy. All rooms overlook the garden besides the kitchen which also overlooks the property's private swimming pool. Very close to Vistahermosa Golf Club, Puerto Sherry Marina Club and the Center Commercial. The house is 700 meters and the sun is continually brought through the windows. The house has 10 rooms, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 spacious lounges and a large kitchen with lots of light. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. The garden has all the furniture (tables, umbrellas, sofa etc). We provide beach towels, bath and bedding. Has 2 car garage (you can rent in the city "El Puerto de Santa María" at 3 km). The bathrooms have bathtubs (2) and shower (1). The house has an inner patio with many plants in the center to be more luminous. The ground floor has a kitchen with 20 meters, one bedroom with two beds, wardrobes and desk. A laundry and also a area to hang clothes. On the first floor you have 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 double bed) and another bedroom with 2 beds. You have 2 bathrooms with bathtub. Terrace is seafront and all the room has many wardrobes. Possible give you a sofa bed if you need it. The house also has a cellar where you can have sports equipment such as surfboards and bicycles. The design of the pool is secure for the childrens and not much depth. (1.10 mt and 1.70 mt). The pool has a wooden house where can store towels bath linen, floats, children's toys etc. It also has a walled security zone for young children.
ALSO WE HAVE A BOAT FOR RENT(WITH A CAPTAIN) FOR NAVIGATE AT THE BAY OF CADIZ, AND IS POSSIBLE HAVE LUNCH OR DINNER ON BOARD. (PLEASE ADVISE WITH TIME TO PREPARE THE FOOD OR THE SAILBOAT).
