A very attractive and appealing duplex first and second floor apartment located in the heart of Sitges. In fact just next door tio the Hotel liberty so very convenient for the central market and shopping, beaches and bars but in a quiet area of the town. Also only 40 seconds from Sitges station.
Comfortable and well equipped and spacious 3 bedroom apartment that will sleep up to 5 people. Arranged as a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom.
The apartment has recently been refurbished and newly decorated - 2011 - and really does provide a feeling of space and tranquility in the heart of the village.
The large sunny terrace provides ample room for dining out and relaxing or just having a cocktail of taking coffee.
Air conditioned in all of the bedrooms and with a light and airy feel throughout the apartment.
The kitchen is newly equipped and functional with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc etc
The walk in shower room and toilet gives plenty of space and the separate additional toilet are both newly plumbed and equipped and provide a luxury appeal to the apartment.
Newly laid wooden parquet flooring throughout give the apartment a cosy and comfortable ambience. The large living and dining room opens onto the 40sm terrace with its umbrella and dining table with lots of sun but also shade under the umbrella.

My partner and I have lived and worked in Sitges since 1999 and own the Hotel Liberty, C. Isla de Cuba 45, which is where our office is for check-ins and information, situated close to the central market and railway station so very central.
I am a trained nurse and enjoy working with people and ensuring they have an enjoyable holiday in good value accommodation that is cared for and well maintained.
