Maison urbaine de vacances à Lubrin

The townhouse is distributed with the kitchen and bathroom downstairs and the bedroom and lounge upstairs. The reason for the lounge area being upstairs is due to the fact that the stunning mountain views can be observed easily from there making this an ideal area to sit and relax.
The bedroom has a double bed and if necessary a camp bed can be provided for the lounge area if there is a child too. The kitchen features a gas hob which is easy to use for cooking and has all necessary pots and pans that people would generally require. The bathroom has a bath with a shower.

Although there is not a terrace as such it is possible to take the kitchen table and chairs outside and sit in the paved area of the street. The baker visits el Pocico every day so you can purchase fresh bread, croissants, napolitanas or anything else that you require. The butcher and fishmonger also call at the square in el Pocico once a week.

Although el Pocico is small it's only a 5 minute drive to Lubrin where there are lovely restaurants, bars and small supermarkets. There is also a weekly market in Lubrin where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables as well as other items. If you fancy a trip to the seaside the beautiful coastal towns of Garrucha and Mojacar are a half an hour drive away, as are the beaches of Vera. Vera and Mojacar also have popular golf courses for those that are interested. This is an ideal holiday rental for 1-2 people who would like to recharge their batteries in a peaceful environment and experience a slice of rural Spanish life.
