Luxurious modern viila within beautiful landscaped gardens, part of a private estate of 6 villas with stunning sea views / upper terrace. Large open plan living/ dining area opens up onto large terrace,swimming pool and gardens with a new hot tub and pergola .The terrace has outdoor sofas, a super new dining table that seats 8-12, gas bar-b-q, there are loungers around the pool for sunbathing and parasols for some shade. Upstairs there is a huge terrace for alternative sunbathing with fantastic 180 degree sea views.Situated between 2 of the best beaches in Menorca just 5 minutes-town of Sant Lluis is a 10 minute drive and the capital Mahon is 15 minutes away as is the airport. The villa is located in 'the golden triangle' where every amenity is within a 15 mile radius. There are 120 golden unspoilt beaches in Menorca with many of them along this south coast.Tranquility yet within easy reach of amenities and hotspots.

Notes spéciales
To secure the reservation we ask for 25% deposit and balance 8 weeks before arrival. If the balance is not received by due date the owners reserve the right to cancel booking without refund of deposit and offer the villa for reletting.
The pool is cleaned twice a week & gardens maintained weekly. For clients staying 14 nights fresh linens will be provided around 7 days after occupation and a mini clean of villa. Any items missing or damaged will be charged for.Occupancy is from 2pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure(the housekeepers have a limited time to prepare the villa for the next guests)the hirer is asked to respect this- we can on occasions be flexible if possible.
