The apartment is 67 m2 and has an L-shaped balcony of 19 m2. The appartment is fully furnished with new furniture and new electrical equipment
Kitchen
Fully furnished and equipped with fridge freezer. 4 electric hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee maker.
Dining area
Four leather dining chairs with extendable table by the window overlooking the adjacent swimming pool and sunbathing area with views of the golf course, lakes,and backdrop of mountains.
Living
Connected to the kitchen and dining area is the living room with a recliner and large white 2-3 seater sofa,coffee table,storage cabinet,radio CD player with remote control, TV cabinet and 37 "LCD Flat screen. Satellite Receiver with dozens of channels (Spanish, French, English and German channels). Print for your departure from the program list of the best television programs! There is also an HDMI connected DVD player with USB drive. So please feel free to take with you wour own great DVD / CD´s from home. Your I Pod / I Phone can also be connected to the Sony stereo system using an already avaiable Jack to Jack cable! There is also a vacuum cleaner. The living room leads through a sliding door, fitted with a roller shutter access to the large balcony which is also accessible from the master bedroom.
Through a hall with coat rack for coats you have access to two bedrooms and bathroom.
Master bedroom (parallel to living)
It contains two extra long 210cmx90cm very comfortable beds with thick mattresses with extra surface. Two bedside tables, each with its own LED reading light and a digital alarm clock. In the spacious closets, you have the full width of the two cabinets and a shelf, you can hang your clothes to the clothes rod. Hangers and trouser clips in both bedrooms! Both bedrooms have a chest of drawers with two drawers for smaller items. Through a sliding shutter, you have access to the balcony.
2nd Bedroom
It contains two fine 190cmx90cm beds. In the middle of a bedside table with reading lamp and digital clock. Also two large closets(see description master bedroom) In the cabinet you will find also two brand new Topflite golf sets (a ladies and a men's set) you can freely use. The driving range is 200 meters away from the apartment! An ironing board and iron are also provided.
Bathroom
In the bathroom is a wooden rack with four shelves for toiletries, towels, etc. The bathroom is equipped with the usual accessories, a toilet, washbasin and a bath with low access, and we installed a shower high enough for taller people.
Balcony
The L-shaped balcony of almost 19m2 has a beautiful view of the 18 holes golf course (frontline golf) and being a corner apartment, also on the previously described adjacent pool with lawn and palm trees. On the balcony glass / steel garden table with six comfortable chairs in lightweight aluminum. In addition to that a lightweight aluminum folding sun bed and a folding chair for your convenience take to the pool or beach! On the right side of the balcony is a large cupboard where the boiler and washing machine are eliminated and some where you can store loose items.
Air conditioning in all rooms!
In the living room, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 are three silent Mitsubishi air conditioning units installed. These are separately operated by remote controls. The three units are connected to a single generator, which is located on the top of the roof on the top floor.
Swimming pool
The beautiful swimming pool has a children's unit, a wide staircase and two steps with handrails and two showers. The depth of the children's units at knee height. The rest of the pool has a depth from knee height to 270m. The park has no less than 23 of these pools and sunbathing area with palm trees; you will have acces to all of them. All local rules in and around the pool are marked by signs in various languages. All pools are enclosed by a wooden fence with childproof locks.

How to get there: Very simple: book your flight to either San Javier airport at 40 km away form the park or Alicante at appr 100 km away. In the course of 2011 Spains biggest airport at 40 km away form Condado de Alhama will be opened. All airport offer rental cars there at spectacular low rates. Please do compare the rental companies and do not forget to take full insurance on both drivers!
