Condado de Alhama Polaris World is a golf development in the Murcia Region, Spain. The resort is set in 9,000 m2 of land, with three golf courses, landscaped gardens and leisure and commercial centre.

Location
Condado de Alhama Polaris World is located slightly inland in the Murcia region, around a 15 minute drive from Puerto Mazarron and the beach and 40 minutes from Murcia San Javier Airport.

Close by is the beautiful Sierra Espuna National Park, where you can enjoy a walking or hiking excursion or just enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings.

The Golf Course
There are three Jack Nicklaus designed Signature Golf Course at Condado de Alhama Polaris World; two Bear’s best and one Principal Golf Course.

Condado de Alhama Polaris World forms part of the Jack Nicklaus Golf Trail that Polaris World have designed through the region of Murcia.


Facilities and Services
Condado de Alhama Polaris World offers all the facilities you need to enjoy a luxury golf holiday. The sports facilities are excellent with an Olympic pool and 15 swimming pools, located throughout the resort, tennis, paddle tennis, football and basketball.

The resort is completely equipped with all the services you will need to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Within the resort there are restaurants, bars, banks, hairdressers, pharmacies, shops, supermarkets and a golf pro shop.



Climate

The region enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate. The area averages nearly 3,000 hours of sunshine each year and the average temperature easily exceeds 20 degrees.

In 1986 the World Health Organisation recommended the climate of the area as one of the most equitable in the world - neither too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an ideal all  year round destination
