Ficas is set on a gentle hillside with far reaching views across vineyards towards mountains and the beautiful coastal town of Moraira. There is a large private pool set in beautiful gardens. The award winning, family friendly beaches of Moraira (less than 5 minutes), El Portet, Calpe and Javea are all nearby. The villa is ten minutes from three superb golf courses. This house is well extremely well positioned in a quiet, mature and prestigious location - not a high density ‘holiday complex’. Not a "complex" but an established, mature area. In addition to your own private pool, guests also have use of a superb pool complex (plus separate toddler pool) CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE and tennis court complex 400 metres / 5 minutes walk away.
