Montemar is a small and exclusive development. A 10 minute level stroll through a pine wood takes you to the beautiful Campoamor beach which has bars, sunbeds, jet-skis and pedalos.

The semi detached villa is suitable for families with children and a travel cot and high chair are provided for infants. It is fully equipped and offers 1 master double bedroom with balcony plus 2 twin bedded rooms. It has a family bathroom plus a downstairs shower room and toilet.

All linen and towels are provided.

Air conditioning is available in the lounge and two main bedrooms.

Outside, the private screened garden has a beautiful pool with Roman step end 0.8m deep to 2m at deep end. Garden shower in situ.

Garden and pool furniture provided in bbq area.There is a seating area under a shady gazebo for those hot sunny days !

Compoamor and the surrounding areas have several championship golf courses. Within easy walking distance to the villa is an equestrian centre and several bars/restaurants. Excellent tennis facilities are also within walking distance to the villa. 5 minutes drive from the villa is the newly opened Zenia Boulevard shopping mall which has wonderful shopping facilities.

Easily accessible from both Murcia airport (25 mins) and Alicante airport (45 mins)
