A tranquil villa ideal for a family holiday.
Situated on a private plot located in a quiet mountain, with private pool, huge jacucci, large terraces with BBQ area next to the swimming-pool (the pool is covered in winter wich keep a high temperature all year).
This lovely NON-smooking villa has 3 double bedrooms and a double sofa-bed of high quality in the living room, sleeps 8, 2 bathrooms and one toilet. Large living area and hudge wintergarden. Terrace with stunning mountain views and views to the sea. Totally fitted kitchen, dressing room in the master bedroom, airconditioning in 2 bedroom and 2 extra mobil-airconditioning. Large working fireplace. T.V. and Free WI-FI connection. Totally new outdoor kitchen with grill and pizza oven.
A lovely villa that features in it's inside and outside space the trully and peaceful Andalusian character.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
Only for families or groups looking for a quiet and relaxed holiday. Close to a lot of turist attractions such as Malaga, Granada, Sierra Nevada, Nerja, national parks etc.
10-15 minutes drive to the lovely town of Torre del Mar with big shopping center and cinemas, Water park, beach, 5 km long boardwalk with cafées and restaurants.
2 double beds, 2 single beds and one sofa bed of high quality. Aircondition in two bedrooms and 2 mobil airconditioning.
You need a car to get from the house to Velez-Malaga (only 5 KM/ 7 minutes) but it is possible to take the local Arenas taxi to Velez-Malaga (15 euro)and from Velez Malaga there is bus connection to the beach, shopping center and bus station in Torre del Mar from where you can take another bus to Malaga and Nerja and the airport directly.
The road to the house is very safe and wide - the last 2 minutes when leaving the main road is on a very steep concrete road but you can easily drive in a ordinary car in first gear.

- Electricity in excess of 150kW per week cost 0.40 Euros per kWh.
- Payment is accepted by bank transfer in Euros. A discount of 20% is offered to people booking for 3 weeks or more during the winter season (November to March).
- Mandatory cleaning cost and change fee of 140 Euros must be paid in cash when arriving to the house. This includes pick-up near the house and introduction to the house´s facilities such as the jacucci.
- All materials and furniture are of high standards. The beds are very big compared to spanish standards.
