Epsylon apartments are in front of the San Cristobal Beach in Almuñécar, located in the Costa Tropical. The accommodation, which is beautifully decorated and fully equipped, consists of 2 double bedrooms, one full bathroom, a lounge with outstanding views of the sea and dining area for four people, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, washing machine, gas hob, and all kitchen equipement etc.) and a magnificent terrace where there is a table with four chairs for eating directly overlooking the sea.
The apartment has well-kept communal swimming pool open all year. There are lifts and disabled access to the apartment. Epsylon apartments are very popular apartments for holiday makers and long term winter rentals. The apartment has sunshine all day long. It faces south. It is within walking distance to all services and amenities and ten minutes walk to the historical old town.
Bedroom 1: The bedroom has a double bed. Built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The bedroom has 2 single beds. Built in wardrobe.
Bathroom: Newly renovated in 2014 with a shower, sink unit, washing machine and WC.
Kitchen: Newly renovated 2015. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, hob, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave.
Ironing board and Iron is available.
Living Room: Newly renovated 2015 with a comfortable well furnished lounge dining room with patio doors to the balcony.
The balcony has a table and 4 chairs and is perfect for sitting and watching the fabulous sunsets. Also, sunbeds for use in the pool.
Towels and linen are all included.
The rental price includes key service and final cleaning.
Almuñécar is the local town and is about a 10 minute walk. It is a pleasant easy walk into the town along the promenade, where you will find local shops, larger supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants.
There is a fairly well stocked supermarket and bakery about 3 minutes walk away from the apartment.
Motril (15 kms from Almunecar) is a larger shopping town.
There is a bus stop outside the apartment block that takes you in to Almunecar town in 5 minutes. It runs every 30 minutes.
How to get to Almunecar
Malaga and Granada airport is 1 hour away . Granada airport is much smaller and quieter than Malaga and does make arriving and departure easier.
The road to Malaga is a newly built dual carriage way motorway and the road to Granada is also mostly dual carriage way.
Almuñécar is a small village with approx. 22.000 inhabitants, which is located on the Costa Tropical in Granada, Andalucia.
From the old fishing village days of Laurie Lee, Almunecar has grown into an attractive town full of true Spanish flavour.
The maze of narrow streets hosts a fusion of bars, restaurants and shops, where you can take a break in one of the many squares and enjoy the custom of free tapas served with drinks.
Granada, is the capital of the province, and the famous Alhambra is an absolute must to see. In the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, Los Alpujarras are well worth a visit and also offer good walking routes.
The apartment is newly renovated with a new fitted kitchen and bathroom and newly decorated. Towels are provided, but not for use in the beach or pool.
