Grounds have a full-time maintenance operative to ensure grounds / pool, etc are kept to highest standard possible. The pool area has benches and parasols. Restaurants, bars and shops really are only a 2 minute walk and it is less than 5 minutes to the closest beach. We have arrangements for airport pickups as you could stay here for a week and never need a car.
There is a local contact (English speaking) acting on our behalf who is on hand if you have any questions/queries. He can arrange airport transfers and is responsible for the appearance and cleanliness of the house on arrival. He will show you around the property and ensure the hot water is switched on prior to your arrival. On the day you are leaving, the house is usually available right up until you leave for the airport, meaning you get to enjoy every last minute of your holiday. The local contact will be able to confirm this when he meets you at the house. (The only time this may not be the case is if someone is arriving at the house on the day you leave. In those circumstances you may need to make the house available for the cleaners to do their job but you can still sit in the garden or around the pool or go for something to eat and your bags will be safe left at the property.)
The area has modern bars restaurants and shops and is an ideal area for relaxing family holidays. For the more active there are several championship golf courses only 10 minutes’ drive away. If you want a more relaxed holiday, the area is surrounded in history and culture. Cabo Roig is a beautiful and desirable resort. Renowned for its clean sandy beaches, its lovely marina and its excellent strip of 40 bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. This is more specifically the adjacent Agua marina area which has a perfect mix of excellent restaurants, everything from some of the finest Asian and modern cuisine to the more traditional Spanish and Italian culinary delights. Banks, bars, cafes, furniture stores, bakery, supermarket…. Are all within walking distance.
The property is also ideally located for diving excursions as the Mar Menor and La Mango diving sites are only 30km away from Cabo Roig. The bustling town of Torrevieja is only 15 minutes drive away and offers beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife and also a waterpark. Go karting is approximately 10 minutes away.
The elegant cape of cabo roig stretches into the Mediterranean sea with its distinct red clay cliffs that run down to its golden sandy beaches and intimate rocky coves. Cabo roig sits on the Mediterranean shores of the Costa blanca, just 40 km south of the capital of the province, Alicante and 34 km north of Murcia, both cities with international airports that serve UK, Ireland and most of Europe on a regular basis with regular economic flights. Easyjet, jet 2, Iberia, british Airways, Ryan Air, Aer Lingus and long list of others have routes to suit all travellers coming to the Costa Blanca and the Costa Calida.
The Costa Blanca is deemed as 'one of the healthiest places to live' thanks to its scarce rainfall and lovely dry climate. The Costa Blanca is well known for it´s beautiful white beaches and crystal clear waters. Enjoy miles of sandy coves and palm fringed beaches or towns and villages that stretch along the coastline with a seemingly endless variety of colourful shops, markets, restaurants, fishing harbours and marinas.
There are a whole host of things to do in the area: several golf courses, markets in most local towns with a huge one in Torrevieja every week. Benidorm has 2 excellent theme parks and is only 1.5 hours away. Alicante is a major city with a good selection of shops and museums. The Mar Menor inland sea is 20 minutes away and has superb water sports.
Its unique strategic positioning means that it I nearly on the Costa calida, giving it the best of both worlds and being to take advantage of the services and amenities that both Costas.

A non refundable deposit payment of 25% of the total rental cost is required to secure a reservation. Thereafter the balance payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. For reservations within 6 weeks of the commencement of the arrival date the total rental cost is payable at time of booking.
Airport pickup / drop-offs can be arranged at additional costs. Typical cost = €30 to Murcia Airport & €50 to Alicante for 4 persons.
