In a family owned property, Victor & Maria Carmen will provide you with warmest stay and most updated tips in order to discover all known and unknown secrets of Costa Daurada and Barcelona! The 200 sq m Mediterranean style, furnished house which easily accommodates 8 people, has 4 double-bedrooms, a roman style swimming pool, luscious garden, a fully equipped BBQ with an outdoor eating area & and a car garage with laundry area and above all: PRIVACY!

The Villa is ideal for small or big families, who can enjoy the bright, comfortable and spacious home which includes
• a living area with fireplace comfortable sofas, a 6 +2 pp dinner table and a big veranda with an eating table from where you can enjoy the sea views and keep an eye on your children while they enjoy the pool.
• The service area has a generous recently renovated and fully equipped kitchen, with a breakfast table and direct access to BBQ area and to the back garden (so you can enjoy your gatherings under the white mulberry tree).
• The sleeping area includes 1 master bedroom with cable TV and en-suite renovated bathroom (including a Jacuzzi bathtub) and 2 double rooms which share 1 fully equipped bathroom with bathtub (ideal for children). The bedrooms also have a spacious balcony from where you can also enjoy the sea and the pool views. The 4th bedroom is located in the main floor where a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub is also available.
• The beautiful green garden is shaded by olive, pear, apple, cherry and palm trees and naturally connects the swimming pool to the outside eating area and the BBQ area.
