La Farella - Llanca is 25 minutes from Roses. The villa has direct access to the small sandy beach at Playa del Morer or in Catalan (Platja More). There is a coastal path to take you to the port in Llana to the left or Port de la Selva in the other direction.

The area is called La Farella and the series of adjoining small beaches (More, Farella, Titarolites and Barrabola), where one can still sunbathe and swim in peace.

Hear the sounds of the sea from this fantastic spacious villa which has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 7-8 people. It has recently been renovated and is very tastefully decorated to be a beachside residence with a high quality feel.

Situated at the end of a very small lane you enter through electric gates where there is private parking and a garage.

The entrance to the property is through large wooden doors into a large entrance hall. The lounge is open planned with the dinning area and the kitchen leads off from this too. Stunning sea views from the lounge, dining room and kitchen, all of which open out onto the lower terrace where you can enjoy outdoor dining listening to the waves lapping up on the beach. This alone will make your holiday one to remember!

The lounge has a lovely open fireplace for winter bookings.

All furniture is tasteful and modern.

The kitchen is new and fully equipped.

The three double bedrooms upstairs all lead out through glass doors onto a large balcony which overlooks the sea and surrounding mountains. The photos cannot do it justice so please ask for us to send you a video link.

From the garden of the villa you have direct access through a small gate to the beach and the "Camina de Ronda"(coastal walk).

It is also only 5 minutes walk to the small town of Llanca and the port where you will find some fantastic restaurants including one which has gained 2 michelin stars - Restaurant Miramar.
