A very pretty 2 bedroom house with a bougainvillea-covered patio and a private pool with a safety gate.
Perfect for outdoor living; A shady terrace, sun loungers, and a brick-built barbecue for relaxing summer evenings.
The villa is very safe for children since it´s all on one level, has a private enclosed terrace and the swimming pool is gated.

Inside...
This baby & toddler friendly villa has been thoughtfully decorated to offer a comfortable home from home.
The sitting room leads to a small breakfast kitchen and your stay includes a fabulous welcome basket with some home grown produce depending on the season.
There is a twin room with en-suite shower room, and a spacious master suite with a full bathroom and ample space for a cot.
The villa is cool indoors but for your comfort there is a gentle osmosis air-conditioning system plus ceiling fans in every room, perfect for summer holidays.
Outside...
The terrace is safely enclosed with a balustrade and gate to access the pool. Perfect for young children, they are free to play while Mum and Dad catch some rays!
The outdoor dining area has a shady pergola and a barbecue free for you to use.
The villa sits in wonderful Spanish countryside so it is very peaceful and utterly relaxing.
For the children…
Some pool toys are provided and there is a DVD player with some films and UK Freesat TV, plus a selection of games to keep them entertained. There is also a new play patio within easy view of the kitchen.
With love and care, this property was converted from an old artists studio into a comfortable family friendly holiday villa, which is full of baby friendly equipment to make your stay go smoothly. If you have any special requirements then please do ask us, we will be happy to try and help.

The surrounding area...
The house sits in a little country hamlet close to the white hillside village of Casabermeja and within a couple of minutes from the main Malaga-Granada/Cordoba/Seville highway.
This is a perfect place for nature lovers and we are happy to take guests to the nearest supermarket or a local restaurant for an evening out.
It is just half an hour from the historical cities of Antequera and Malaga, where you will find a beautiful old town, tapas bars and shopping centres
You are also just half an hour from the beaches and a wealth of attractions that the Costa del Sol has to offer for family holidays.
