It gives sunniest weather , warmest water, a string of the best beaches and a lots of green space.

The villa was lovely. You had everything anyone could possible need.

I was a bit overwhelmed at the size of the community but the next day i ventured out until i was able to find my way through the community and feel comfortable on being able to get us back to the villa.. haha
Julie met us the next evening and she was very nice. That is the only time we really needed Julie or seen her, as we were REALLY busy every day going here and there. We put alot of kilometers on our rental car.
We spent 3 nights in Barcelona, which was fantastic, and I would love to go back and spend more time there at some point. We did San Pedro mud baths, Cartegena (which was great), Elche, and a hotel/spa on a mountain which had natural hot spring water and lemon pool etc, and many more places and beaches.....
Food was great, and I had the best Calamarie in Torreveja. I found Spain to be very affordable and driviing was very easy. We had to pull out the map on a few occasions but had no problems finding any place we wished to explore.
The weather, was fantastic. We did not have a cloud in the sky the whole time we spent in Spain. We are both very brown, and I without laying in the sun.. mostly from all the walking and exploring.
It was a beautiful trip.
I have many clients that are very interested in the villa so I am sure you will hear from them. I gave out your site to many.

We are having a great time and everything is going perfect . Your "new" house and garden is beautiful .
I had a wonderful autumn month at Alex's Torrevieja villa. It's spacious, well equipped, has a beautiful
garden, sweeping views and in a great neighbourhood.
The local area has one of Europe's best climates, ancient and modern towns and villages, lots of shopping, great
restraunts, a large modern hospital and several great beaches. You just can't beat a Mediterranean beach.
I was impressed with the quality of the roads up and down Spain's east coast. We explored the whole area
from Barcelona to Grenada. There are also very inexpensive daily bus trips to all of the great cities and towns
in the area. Be sure to see Cartagena, Benidorm, Murcia, Elche, Denia and so many more.

Dear Alexandra,
I just wanted to thank you for létting me and my family stay in your house. We had a great time in Spain. The weather was great - approx 30 degrees celsious every day. Some days were a bit windy though.
We took a few trips to Toreveija, Alicante and Cartagena.

Hi Alex,We were picked up at the airport, arrived at the villa and everything is found Aldi and Consum, went for a walk to the beach and also went out for dinner a couple of times, so as you can see, we are slowly finding our way around.I am watering your plants once a week starting from this are very impressed with everything.
