Villa Ruth is a large spacious modern villa with sea views offering luxurious accommodation with bright rooms where you can relax and unwind feeling a just like a celebrity. The interior of the house with its modern Mediterranean design and atmosphere is designed spectacularly and split across three different floors.
One of the features of this villa that distinguishes it from others are the full villa height ceilings in the living area which provide an amazingly spacious and airy feel from the moment you arrive. On a mezzanine level off the living area is a dining area with large dining table. The stairs leads from the living area up into the top floor to the Large Master Ensuite with walk-in wardrobes on one side of the house. On the corridor and the other side of the house are the 3 twin bedrooms – providing a perfect mix of closeness yet private.
The indoor living/dining areas communicate with the kitchen/dining area through 2 separate doors. The kitchen in this house has all the modcons from a tepanyaki grill to built-in coffee machine. Of course all others as you would expect; hob, oven, m/wave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with icemaker – all top of the range! There is a fantastic breakfast bar perfect for socialising while dinner is being cooked.
Once again the ceiling to floor windows and access to terraces allow a free flow from indoors to outdoor and just off the dining area of the kitchen is the outdoor dining and living area with large table, BBQ and terrace sofas.
Downstairs there is a wine bodega with a large dining area and indoor BBQ. This room is cool retreat in Summer and quite the cosy enclave in Winter. Also downstairs is large equipped gym area & shower/wet room located beside the indoor heated swimming pool. There is access to the garage on this floor where you can park 2 cars.

Located just beside the tennis club in the most exclusive area of Vilanovai la Geltru. This isa beautiful town full of history and life and with a nice selection high street and designer boutique shopping. Villa Ruth is a short and pleasant 12 min drive south of Sitges and with its vibrant day and night life, restaurants and beaches.
